Job Summary

This is a inbound customer services role, where you'll be a brand ambassador for an amazing retail client. Full on site training will be provided, so experience is not essential. We're looking for: -

  • Confident communicators and able to deal with customers via email and Telephone.

  • Able to work with a level of autonomy.

  • Comfortable navigating through multiple computer systems.

  • Able to work as an individual but also contribute to our fantastic culture.

  • Pro-active in resolving problems as and when they arise.

  • Able to work to high levels of accuracy in a fast paced environment.

  • Take satisfaction in troubleshooting and resolving problems.

  • Is comfortable with multitasking and multi-screen environment.

  • Strong team player with ability to organise, coordinate and execute on details

Contract length: Permanent

Operational Hours : 37.5 hours per week

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 20:00 | Saturday 09:00 - 19:00 | Sunday 10:00 – 18:30

Job Types: Full- time , Permanent

Salary: £22,308 per Annum

Work Location: Onsite - Hybrid options available once training is completed

Knowledge and Skills

  • Familiar with Customer Service Systems and Processes, strong knowledge of customer care and processes

  • Knowledge and dedication to meeting customer service goals and standards

  • Keep up to date with new product ranges including launch dates, specification and features.

  • PC literate, ability to navigate through various packages and is familiar with Microsoft Office packages.

  • Ability to document and record accurately all Customer Service interactions including any follow up.

  • Utilise products when interacting with customers in order to troubleshoot customer’s questions and issues.
