Quality Assurance Professional ( Domestic) – No. of requirements :10
Education : Any Graduate /HSC
Experience : Minimum 6months - 1 year of experience as a QA
Background : BPO Experience
Shift Window : 6am-10pm
Weekoffs :Rotational Shift & Rotational Off
Experience Target : Experience in monitoring calls; hands on excel and people management skills
Skills :Good communication skills; call monitoring; defect analysis; Feedback analysis; Excel knowledge; Quick Learner; Adaptability
Notice Period :Minimum 15 days or immediate
