Your mission will be to provide customer service in the Dutch language, both by phone and email , for an important financial institution.
Requirements:
Required languages: Dutch Native or bilingual.
Required experience: Experience in customer service.
Others requirements: Residence in Madrid .
What do we offer you?
Fixed contract with 2 months trial period.
Full time 39 hours/week.
Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.
Modality of work: Hybrid mode (the trainings are on-site. Agents must attend the office at least one week per month). We are located in the area of Puerta de Toledo/Pirámides - Paseo Imperial, 14.
Salary of 22.000€/year .
Training start date July 1st.
