Job Description:
US- Remote
In this role you will perform the configuration, design, analysis, and ongoing administration of the SuccessFactors Employee Central for our global landscape to achieve business objectives and enforce compliance controls. As a part of a global team, you will use a mix of both HR process and SuccessFactors administration experience to effectively build and maintain our global HXM platform.
Responsibilities
Systems Analysis and Configuration
Manage the development and expansion of the global Employee Central system processes.
Analyze business objectives and user needs and convert them into technical requirements.
Perform system implementation and system governance activities while adhering to the software delivery lifecycle.
Provide input on continuous improvements to the system.
Manage and update SuccessFactors documentation with each system release or enhancement.

System Support
Manage and process Tier 2 and 3 support tickets and respond timely, accurately, and professionally.
Use standard analytical tools to perform root cause analysis and resolve application problems.
Serve as subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central platform.

Platform Governance
Adhere to delivery, audit, and compliance schedules for assigned release deliverables.
Research, analyze and test EC product releases.
Understand the global tenant landscape and assist with system refreshes.
Provide product updates, presentations, and demos of release changes or enhancements to the HRIS team, business owners and Foundever associates.
Mentor other IT Analysts on the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
3+ years of experience working in a global organization supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central
SAP SuccessFactors, MS Office experience
HR process knowledge and experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, RBP and Workflows
A relative understanding of other SuccessFactors modules and their relationship with Employee Central
Strong analytical and problem solving, solution design, requirements analysis and documentation skills
The ability to turn conceptual requests into business and system requirements
Meta Data Framework, Role Based Permissions and EC Administration Knowledge

User-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple organizational levels
Ability to consult and work collaboratively with stakeholders to get buy-in and accomplish objectives
Excellent time management, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and follow-up skills
Self-initiative and the ability to do what needs to be done without being prompted by others and have the willingness to take a fresh approach
Team player and leadership qualities
Skills and Qualifications:
Passion and aptitude for systems configuration and design
Global mindset and experience in global support or global projects using multiple system languages
Experience with the MDF Framework, EC Time, Data Retention, and EC to ECP replication
Governance experience enforcing system controls and performing system audits
Enjoy learning and continuous improvement
Have SuccessFactors EC certification or the desire to obtain certification

Salary Range
The base pay range for this position is up to $105,000.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
